This starter FAQ can be adjusted as pricing, production times, pickup, shipping, and return policies are finalized.

Are all items ready to ship?

No. Many designs are made to order or fully custom. Each listing is labeled so customers know whether it is available immediately, recreated after ordering, or quoted individually.

Can colors and names be changed?

Usually, yes. Available colors depend on current materials, and exact names, dates, and wording must be confirmed before production begins.

How long do custom orders take?

Timing varies by complexity, material availability, and the current order queue. A realistic estimate will be shared before the order is confirmed.

How do payments work?

Standard items can use secure Square checkout links. Fully custom work can be handled through a Square estimate or invoice, with a deposit when appropriate.

Will I see a design proof?

A written summary or simple design confirmation may be provided when needed. Handmade work naturally includes small differences from sketches, reference photos, and previous pieces.

Do you offer local pickup?

Houston-area pickup is planned by appointment. The exact location should be shared privately only after an order is ready.

Can personalized items be returned?

Personalized and made-to-order items normally cannot be returned for preference changes. Damaged or materially incorrect orders should be reported promptly with photos.

Can you copy another artist’s design exactly?

Reference images can help communicate a style or idea, but the final piece should remain an original Bee’s Little Studio creation rather than an exact copy of another maker’s work.
